1. Services
Tallas Build ("we", "us"), part of TALLAS Holdings, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, provides exhibition stand design, 3D visualization and build services for exhibition stands and interior spaces. Each engagement is defined by the package selected or a written quote.
2. Quotes & payment
Fixed-price packages as published; custom work quoted in writing. 50% deposit is due before work begins; the balance is due on final delivery, before release of full-resolution files. Payments via Stripe or card. Prices in USD unless agreed otherwise.
3. Delivery & revisions
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from receipt of a complete brief; rush delivery (48h) is available at +50%. Each package includes 2 revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated set of comments. Additional rounds or scope changes (new layouts, added views) are quoted separately at a flat fee before we proceed.
4. Client materials
You warrant that floor plans, logos, brand assets and references you provide do not infringe third-party rights. Delivery timelines start when we receive all required materials.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual license to use the delivered renders for bids, pitches, marketing and internal use. Working files (3D scenes) remain our property unless purchased separately. We may display delivered work in our portfolio unless an NDA or written request says otherwise.
6. Confidentiality & NDAs
We treat all briefs as confidential. We sign standard NDAs on request at no charge.
7. Cancellation
If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is retained to cover work performed. If we fail to deliver drafts within the agreed timeline (excluding delays caused by missing materials), you may cancel for a full refund of the deposit.
8. Liability
Renders are visual concepts, not engineering drawings; we are not liable for structural feasibility, regulatory compliance, or fabrication outcomes. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will first be addressed in good-faith negotiation.

1. What we collect
Contact details you send us (name, email, company) and project materials you share. This site itself stores no cookies and runs no tracking.
2. How we use it
Only to respond to enquiries, deliver projects and invoice. We never sell or share your data with third parties, except payment processing via Stripe.
3. Retention & requests
Project files are retained for 12 months for reorders, then deleted on request. Email us to access or erase your data at any time.
